Return Policy

At Elizabeth Grace Charleston, we make every effort to keep our customers satisfied. However, there are times when you may wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.


Conditions for Returns

You may only return an item after you have physically received it.

Return costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Fitting is allowed; wearing is not allowed.

Returning products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (part of) them is not allowed.


Return Process

Report your return via info@elizabethgracecharleston.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

You will receive from us the return address of our supplier (located in China).

The item must be returned entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.


Refund

Upon receipt of the item at the return address and approval of the condition of the product, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.


Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.
